Refunds

Refunds and Replacement Policy: A customer can request a refund for damaged, or wrongly shipped items within 72 hours of delivery. All returned products need to be accompanied with the documentation showing the damaged item or items. Wrongly shipped items must be returned also with documentation. You can request a refund or replacement of the incorrect item. Refunds will be processed once we have received the items. The return address for all items should be shipped to:
